TRFM has two frequencies:
- 99.9 FM services the world famous Gippsland Lakes, with the major holiday destinations of Lakes Entrance, Metung and Paynesville all calling 99.9 TRFM their station.
- 99.5 FM reaches the major cities of Sale, home to the East Sale RAAF base and the world famous Roulettes, and the mighty Latrobe Valley, the industrial heart of Victoria.
