Would you cook for a stranger if paid?
A new app lets you find genuinely home-cooked meals in your area.
The app is called WhozCookn, and it's been dubbed the Uber of Food.
Founded in Melbourne's south east, Whozcookn connects home cooks to the General public.
App developer Clive Canal says food safety is placed above all else.
"Cooks need to have the various licences," Mr Canal said.
The app uses a rating system, so bad cooks won't be selling their wares for long.
Mr Canal said it would be available on the Apple iStore from next Friday.
